Performance Desk

The private operating system for the production week.

Staff manage productions, services, personnel, documents, and announcements in one secure workspace. Musicians log in to see this week, next weeks, their materials, and what changed — with the right access for every person, and nothing they should not see.

Staff view vs member view

Two views, one workspace

The staff side runs the week. The member side shows each musician only what applies to them. The same production drives both.

Access model

No access by default

Access is granted only because a person, role, assignment, production, or document requires it. Every check is enforced server-side; a substitute sees only the production they are called for, and that access expires after the final service.

Role-based

Personnel, library, operations, and leadership roles — customizable per organization.

Attribute-based

Section, assignment, production, and document rights narrow what each person sees.

Audited

Document opens, schedule changes, and access grants are logged.

Rights-aware

Licensed material can be view-only, watermarked, and time-limited.

Get started

Kalinklo organizes access to organization-approved materials. The organization remains responsible for the rights to share, perform, rent, or distribute music materials.

Access is approval-gated and reviewed by hand. For a closer reading of this workspace, see the help centre article.
