What the service does, what you may and may not do, pricing, intellectual property, termination, and liability — in plain order.
Kalinklo is a private operating system operated by Kalinklo Ltd (Hong Kong). It helps classical music organizations run schedules, productions, member access, documents, announcements, confirmations, artist engagements, contracts, invoices, and settlement records. Artist Profiles, Agency OS, Production Desk, My Week, Library Desk, and Engagement Ledger are connected parts of that service. Available features depend on your workspace's Plan, as published at /pricing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for the security of the credentials used to access your workspace. You confirm you are authorised to act for the artist, agency, presenter, organization, member group, or institution your workspace represents. Adding others to your workspace makes you responsible for their actions inside it until they are removed.
Use the platform for production work and engagements in good faith. Submit accurate schedules, assignments, documents, availability, fees, and programme information. File requests you intend to follow through on. Honour the holds, contracts, acknowledgements, document rules, and access boundaries the platform records.
Misrepresent who you are or who you act for. Submit false availability, false assignments, false document rights, or false fees to manipulate behaviour. Scrape, replicate, or republish rosters, member data, documents, or any private workspace data without permission. Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or workspace boundaries. Use the platform to harass, defraud, or threaten any other party.
Subscription pricing, managed services, and representation terms are published at /pricing. Subscription pays for software; managed-service fees pay for human implementation work; commission applies only where Kalinklo represents an artist directly. We do not auto-charge upgrades; tier changes are by request and take effect from the next billing period unless agreed otherwise. We do not custody engagement payment funds by default — money moves between presenter and artist (or their representatives) bank-to-bank or via your existing payment processor; the platform records the obligation and the settlement.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile text, media, contracts, riders). You grant Kalinklo a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the service for you. Kalinklo's own software, brand, and documentation remain ours.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that materially breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm other parties or the integrity of the platform. On closure, you retain access to export your data for thirty days; after that, records may be anonymised, retained only as required by audit obligations.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not make uptime SLA commitments during the charter; specific availability commitments, where they apply, are set in separate written agreements (Enterprise / Institutional Enterprise tiers). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We will tell you before material changes. Continued use after the effective date of a change counts as acceptance. The version in force at the time you used the service governs that use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes are settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. We acknowledge receipt of formal notices within a reasonable period; we do not commit to a specific response time during the charter.
