Migration & Launch

Move the work safely. Then run the week.

Kalinklo migration is not a magic import button. It is a reviewed path: sample, dry run, conflict report, provider proof, Day-0 setup, first-week smoke, and customer signoff.

An empty concert hall before rehearsal setup

The launch truth

A workspace is ready only when the data, providers, users, and first week are proven.

Public onboarding and enterprise launch require owner-approved provider credentials, production deployment, production smoke, and real customer sample proof. Until then, Kalinklo can be code/staging ready, but it cannot honestly be called live-enterprise complete.

Self-serve today

  • Create or request the right workspace.
  • Import a roster CSV where supported.
  • Use access-code fallback if email is not proven.
  • Run setup, Command Center, Daily Call Sheet, reports, and My Week locally or after approved deploy.

Reviewed by hand

  • OPAS or legacy exports need a dry-run report before import.
  • Payroll templates need column mapping and customer signoff.
  • Document/library migrations need scope, rights status, and access rules reviewed.
  • Large organizations need provider proof before broad invitation delivery.

Not claimed until proven

  • No email-delivery guarantee without live Resend proof.
  • No payment or payout claim until approved provider proof exists.
  • No e-signature provider claim until a configured provider is verified.
  • No full enterprise OPAS claim without real customer import, payroll, week, and reference proof.

Launch sequence

The path from sample files to a live week.

01

Scope the current stack

Tell us what you run today: OPAS, spreadsheets, Drive/Dropbox, email, agency CRM, contract folders, or a mix.

02

Send a safe sample

Use anonymized files when needed: roster, one production week, services, assignments, seating, payroll template, repertoire, and document metadata.

03

Review the dry run

Kalinklo returns a migration plan, conflict report, invalid-row report, what-will-change summary, and rollback path before any write import.

04

Prepare providers

Resend, Turnstile, Blob, Sentry, Cron/Inngest, CI, deploy, and payment/e-sign providers stay visibly blocked until configured and proven.

05

Run Day 0

Create the organization, staff, roster, production, services, documents, reports, support path, and mobile/member smoke before access opens.

06

Complete the first week

The launch is not real until staff run the week, musicians use My Week, reports export, issues are resolved, and the customer signs off.
