Calendar feeds (.ics)
IntegratedRead-only calendar feeds: subscribe in any calendar app or download a file. Musicians get My Week through a private link that can't be guessed; artists can publish an availability feed on their public profile. One-way feeds, not two-way sync.
Google Calendar

Three rules. (1) Each service is scoped to the feature it powers, never broader. (2) A data processing agreement is in place before any production data crosses the boundary. (3) The vendor list is published on this page and on Security & data processors — we update both before changes go live.
