Every orchestra and presenter workspace is opened after review. There is no open sign-up and no scraped directory.
Your season plan, shortlists, holds, and budgets are visible only to the colleagues you invite into the workspace.
Another orchestra cannot see your programming, your holds, or which artists you are considering. Workspaces never overlap.
