For service & military bands

Service bands run ceremony, protocol, and concert — on one schedule.

A service band runs ceremonies, parades, protocol events, memorial services, and concerts — often several ensembles and detachments from one roster. Kalinklo holds the schedule in one private workspace: every musician sees only their own taskings and music, section leaders and detachments are tracked to confirmation, and the whole band runs on one schedule.

  • Ceremony · parade · protocol · concert
  • Bandmaster · drum major · sections
  • Detachments from one roster
  • Every event on one schedule

Built for Service + military bands · Ceremonial + protocol ensembles · Concert + marching detachments · Academy + reserve bands

The service-band problem

One roster, many taskings, short notice

A single roster splits into ceremonial, concert, and marching detachments running different taskings, often on short notice. Generic tools lose people and mix up who's where. Kalinklo scopes each musician to their own taskings and keeps coverage honest across concurrent detachments.

  1. Staff

    Build the schedule

    manage

Set taskings across ceremonies, parades, protocol events, and concerts, assign detachments from the roster, add the music, and call the musicians each event needs.

  2. Musician

    See their own taskings

    confirm

A player sees the taskings they're assigned and the music they're permitted; nobody reads the whole schedule to find their own calls.

  3. Bandmaster

    Track coverage

    track
