Why no open roster
Serious artistic work starts before it is public.
Availability, holds, fee discussions, internal season planning, representation routes, and contract terms often happen quietly. Kalinklo is designed for that private work — not for publishing every artist or roster to the open web.

Every account sees the roster through one workspace — and only what that role, representation, and engagement permit.
Artist workspace
Artists manage profile sections, availability, requests, and engagement records.
Agency workspace
Agencies see only their own roster, routed requests, holds, contracts, and invoices.
Presenter & orchestra workspace
Presenters see approved planning tools, season slots, requests, and engagement records.
Admin & operations
Administrative access is restricted, logged, and used for review, support, and approved operations.

An artist can decide whether selected profile sections appear publicly, section by section. Kalinklo does not publish a complete artist database by default.
