Two kinds of roster
“Roster” means two different things — both private.

Organization roster
For orchestras, opera companies, festivals, and ensembles managing the people who play: sections, chairs, members, substitutes, and service assignments. Staff see the roster; each member sees only their own week.
For agencies and managers managing the artists they represent: territories, routed requests, holds, quotes, contracts, and invoices. An agency sees only its own roster — never another agency's, and never the public.

Artist profiles are visible only to signed-in users with an approved account. Each artist decides whether they can be found, and whether their city, upcoming dates and agency contact appear. Kalinklo does not publish an artist database.
The artist chooses what appears.
Sections can remain private.
Agency-managed artists may require agency or representation approval.
Private engagement records never become public profile content.
Artists cannot browse other artists' private records.
Agencies cannot see another agency's roster.
Presenters cannot see private agency notes.
Public visitors cannot browse the roster.
Engagement records do not leak outside the parties involved.
Admin access is controlled — for operations and support only.
