Verification
Workspaces are not visible on the public roster until they are verified. Verification is light by design — confirm identity, confirm the right to act for the entity (artist, agency, or presenter) — but unforgeable.
Unverified workspaces can still file requests and accept holds; they cannot be discovered by search. This protects both sides: presenters do not find listings they cannot actually engage, and unverified accounts cannot solicit traffic.
AI drafts, human approval
Kalinklo uses AI for drafting, never for committing. The platform may suggest a quote, propose follow-up wording, or draft a polite decline — and each such artefact is created as a draft awaiting approval, with a clearly marked author.
No AI action sends an email, signs a contract, or moves money. Every external-facing artefact passes through a human who clicks Approve. The approval is itself audited: who clicked, when, on what payload.
If you have AI features enabled and would prefer not to use them, you can disable per-workspace from settings.
Audit logs
Every state transition writes to the audit log: request submitted, hold placed, quote sent, contract signed, invoice paid, settlement recorded. Each entry carries actor, timestamp, entity, and the relevant payload diff.
Both parties to an engagement see the audit chain for that engagement. Workspace admins see the full audit for their workspace. Anything that touched your data, you can see who touched it and why.
Data boundaries
Internal notes stay internal. Client-visible messages stay client-visible. The two are stored separately and rendered against the caller's role — a presenter cannot read the agent-side note thread; an agent cannot read the presenter-side internal thread.
We do not custody payment funds by default. We record obligations and settlements; the money moves bank-to-bank or through your existing payment processor.
What we will not do
- We will not sell or share contact data
- We will not auto-publish unverified listings
- We will not let AI act without explicit human approval
- We will not custody funds without a contract that says so
If you discover behaviour at odds with the above, write to the office — see the footer for contact.
