Access and visibility
Access is reviewed. Signing in, account approval and artist verification are separate steps; approval does not itself publish a profile. Real artist profiles require an approved signed-in account and the relevant access. The public artist directory uses sample profiles.
Artist visibility settings and your role determine discovery. Public and Unlisted profiles may appear in authorized discovery; Hidden and Workspace-only settings restrict access further. A Public availability link can expose the artist name and free/busy dates when shared. Check the chosen visibility before sharing.
AI and human decisions
Where enabled, AI can help draft or summarize. Review the output and use the required human approval for commitments and external actions. An AI draft is not a signed contract, a sent message or a payment. Confirm the available controls and provider/data terms with your workspace administrator before enabling AI.
Records and boundaries
Engagement workflows record audit events, including actions involving requests, holds, contracts and invoices. The detail and history you can see depend on the workflow, your role and your access. Workspace membership does not grant access to another workspace's private operations. Check a message or document's audience before sharing it.
Kalinklo does not custody engagement funds by default. Recording an obligation or settlement does not itself move money; use the agreed payment channel. See Billing.
Review or report a concern
Read Security and the Privacy notice for published controls and data practices. Kalinklo does not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. Account checks and access controls do not guarantee another party's performance or eliminate risk.
For an access or data concern, contact support with the page, time and a factual description. Avoid including credentials or unrelated private documents. Follow the security page's disclosure instructions for a suspected vulnerability.
