Kalinklo has no passwords. You get in one of two ways.
1. Email sign-in link (the default)
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and press continue. We email you a one-tap link — open it on any device and you're in. The link is single-use and short-lived, so request a fresh one if it expires.
2. Access code (no email needed)
If your email can't receive the link — a locked-down school/church address, a bounced mailbox, or email simply isn't set up yet — your organization's staff can hand you a one-time access code (looks like `K3F9Q-7MNPT`). On the sign-in screen, choose Access code, enter your email and the code, and you're in. Codes are single-use and expire.
"My sign-in email didn't arrive"
Most common, quick to fix:
- Check spam / junk and search for "Kalinklo".
- Wait a minute and request the link again — don't request many in a row (that can rate-limit you).
- Still nothing? Ask your organization's staff for an access code — it works without any email. That's the reliable fallback.
- If a whole platform issue is suspected, check the [status page](/system).
For staff: giving someone an access code
- One person: Personnel → the member's row → Access code (shown once — read it to them).
- A whole roster (no email set up): Members settings → Bulk access codes (CSV) → download and distribute. See [Import your roster](/help/roster-import).
Access codes are the answer to almost every "I can't log in" ticket — they need no working email at all.
