The thesis
Orchestras, festivals, agencies, artists, and presenters coordinate through email, folders, PDFs, spreadsheets, and memory. Kalinklo gives each side a permissioned operating system and connects them through explicit controlled seams.
What it replaces
Kalinklo replaces scattered weekly access and engagement admin: schedules, documents, announcements, holds, quotes, contracts, invoices, and settlement records. It does not replace the agent-artist relationship.
Why now
Generic storage knows where a file lives. Kalinklo knows who needs what, for which production, with which permission, by which deadline, and whether they have seen the update.
Control position
Messages, contracts, invoices, and settlement records require explicit human approval. The approval gate is enforced server-side and audited.
