Talking points

How we describe the work

Quote freely from these. Each is reviewed and approved for press use. For attribution: “a Kalinklo Artists spokesperson” or by name after a confirmed interview.

The thesis

Booking operations belong on one ledger.

Orchestral and concert-music engagements are coordinated in inboxes today — agency calls, presenter PDFs, hold spreadsheets, contract email attachments, settlement at quarter-end. Kalinklo puts the workflow on a single ledger that both sides of the engagement can read.

What it replaces

Administrative overhead, not relationships.

Kalinklo replaces the operational layer that sits between an artist's confirmation and the wire transfer. It does not replace the agent–artist relationship; we explicitly route around active representation agreements and charge software, not commission.

Why now

Verification + transparency change the search.

Verified rosters, audited holds, and published platform fees create the conditions for a real public engagement layer. The agencies that already work this way win on speed; the ones that don't are increasingly visible.

Control position

Humans commit every external action.

Messages, contracts, invoices, and settlement records require explicit human approval. The approval gate is enforced server-side and audited.
