Why is my workspace hidden from public search?
Workspaces are hidden from the public roster until verification is complete. Verification confirms identity and right-to-act for the entity (artist, agency, presenter, or institution) your workspace represents. Unverified workspaces can still file requests and accept holds; they cannot be discovered by search. See Safety and trust for the full verification model.
Why are some pages showing placeholder text?
Several public surfaces — /press, /research, /case-studies — carry "by introduction only" or "Volume II forthcoming" placeholders during the charter. This is deliberate: the platform does not display fabricated coverage, fictional research, or invented testimonials. Real content appears only when it exists and is approved by the source.
Why does the tariff list specific tiers but no on-platform payment yet?
The Schedule of Terms at /pricing is the published commitment for the charter window. Payment infrastructure (Airwallex / payout rails) is configured per workspace as part of onboarding. Until then, the engagement workflow runs end-to-end; the platform records invoices and settlements; money moves via your existing channel.
How do I report an issue?
Use the help-centre contact form on this page. The office triages by role (artist, agency, presenter, admin). Mark a request as Revenue-blocking when an engagement, contract, or settlement is at risk — those move to the front of the queue.
Where do I check whether the platform is up?
/system carries the operational status surface. Backed by /api/health (public, returns the same envelope the page reads). The version endpoint at /api/version is intentionally gated behind the internal ops token — without it, it returns 404, indistinguishable from a missing route.
What if search returns nothing for an artist I expect to find?
Three common reasons:
- The artist's workspace is not yet verified (verification gates discovery)
- The artist disabled the public folio
- The query is unusually narrow — try widening the instrument, country, or fee filter
